The West Virginia Legislature’s website changes are underway! For the website to be updated properly, you will notice some pages will be of the new website and some pages will remain with the older website. The links should take you in and out of each site smoothly. We appreciate your patience as we work on this project!

Legislative press passes are for allocating media floor privileges to people who regularly cover the floor session and/or committee meetings.

One-day media floor privilege cards are available for those who do not regularly cover the Legislature, but need occasional. Click here for the press application and more information. You must complete a new application for the 2025 session.
