“I was heartbroken to learn of the death of our former colleague, Senator Sue Cline, this morning,” said Minority Leader Stephen Baldwin (D-Greenbrier).
“Today is an outstanding day for West Virginia’s legal system and another step forward in making our state the ideal place for job creators and families alike. The creation of an Intermediate Court of Appeals has been a goal of mine for several years, and I am excited to see it become a reality today.

Seeing this effort come to fruition after years and years of discussion and debate has been extremely gratifying. CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Members of the West Virginia House of Delegates Food Insecurity Workgroup have seen their wish list fulfilled, thanks to Gov. Jim Justice allocating CARES Act money to many of the state’s needs.
